InApp is primarily a custom software development company. We focus on three main areas:

• Java and Web Based Programming
• Microsoft .NET Programming, and
• Multimedia Authoring.

Java
In the Java Stream, InApp has been implementing J2SE and J2EE Projects using Swing and JSP/Servlets in various application servers ranging from Sun Java Server to Tomcat JBOSS..  MVC Architecture is used extensively for developing web-based applications with frameworks such as Struts.

Some of our projects were developed using APIs like Java Mail for mailing, JAXP & XML4J for XML parsing, Regexp libraries like Jakarta-regexp,  LDAP directory services, and Java web services for distributed applications. We have also developed our own custom APIs for data processing, database access and handling plain text data.
On the client server side, InApp uses the above technologies with Java Swing as the primary interface development platform. We use Net beans and Eclipse as our IDEs.

Microsoft and .NET 2.0
InApp has a dedicated, experienced and technically sound team who have executed a number of projects for Win32 and .NET Platforms. We work with technologies such as ASP for web applications with C# as back-end and uses C# and VB.NET for developing stand-alone applications in Windows platform. Some of our recent projects were developed using the latest technologies in .NET platform such as C# and VB.NET 2.0, Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Multimedia
The Multimedia team at InApp includes creative designers, multimedia programmers and animation specialists who work with Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, 3D Studio, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and various other digital imaging, and Audio / Video editing tools. The regular engagements include rich internet application development, corporate multimedia software development, interactive presentations, fun learning and short promotional films.

The multimedia team designs the look and feel of complex interfaces and advises on the usability of a product. Some of our multimedia products include an Indian Language Encyclopedia, which won an award from the CHIP Magazine for Vernacular CD's in India. We are also involved in developing the CD version of the popular Malayala Manorama Year Book year titled ‘Manorama Knowledge Adventure-(MKA)’ every year.
