Rakesh Puri
Rakesh Puri is a founding partner of InApp. A hands on leader and business thinker, Rakesh has been instrumental in providing a strategic direction and a sustained growth trajectory to the company. He was a Palmer scholar at the Wharton Business School and had worked with Booz Allen Hamilton, Schlumberger, Unisys and Unilever before founding InApp.

Amarnath Raja
Amarnath Raja is a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and chief mentor directly responsible for InApp's software delivery services. Based out of our global delivery center in India, Amarnath Raja oversees Technology strategy, Project implementation and Operations management.

Formerly with IBM, Japan, Amarnath Raja is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Amar’s earlier work in the development of information systems in the management of large dairies in the co-operative sector is widely recognized as a key to the emergence of Indian dairies among the most automated organizations in India.

Amar is very active in professional organisations and is the current Chair of IEEE Kerala Section and former chapter chair of Computer Society of India, Trivandrum Chapter. He is also very active in the free and open source movements and is is a Director of SPACE and a member of FSF-India.

Satish Babu
Satish Babu is the co-founder, President and the Chief Technology Evangelist for the company. A recognized technology strategist and thinker, Satish is responsible for identifying technology and business trends and for leading Team InApp in embracing change. Satish also spearheads InApp’s Software Quality Assurance initiative and CMMI implementation. His involvement with the academics and industry is profound. In addition to being a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K), and the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management-Kerala (IIITM-K), he is also the Hon. Secretary of the Computer Society of India.

Vijay Kumar
Vijay Kumar is the Organization man. He was appointed to the board as an Executive Director and is presently our Chief Operating Officer. Vijay brought in a very strong track record in Business Performance and People Management at InApp. His brief is to ensure that the people and processes at InApp combine together optimally to deliver maximum value to its customers. In his current role Vijay has piloted various organizational initiatives that have had a salutary effect on employee performance and morale.

Krishna Kumar
Krishna Kumar S. Nair is the Executive Director of InApp. He has more than 19 years of product support, development, marketing and management experience in different areas of IT, CAD/CAM and Simulation. His previous experience includes work at HCL-HP, Deneb HiTech India Pvt Ltd, TT Technology Partners USA, Datec Corp USA and Datec Systems India in various capacities as Manager for CAD/CAM product support group, Product Manager for factory simulation products, Head of US Operations, Vice President and Director. He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the University of Kerala and has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, USA.
