Java/J2EE Consulting |
Java is InApp's primary platform for application development. InApp delivers applications on:
- Web and Enterprise technologies including JSP, Servlets, Javabeans, and EJB, with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Frameworks and APIs such as Struts, JavaMail, JMF, and XML processing through a variety of libraries
- Client-server applications based on Swing
InApp has been involved in legacy-to-J2EE migration projects for companies in the US. Leveraging on the extensibility, interoperability, portability and scalability of the J2EE framework, InApp has deployed solutions ranging from Field Service Management systems to E-governance and enterprise information management portals. Within the J2EE framework team InApp has worked with the following API's:
- J2EE Connector Architecture, for plugging in resource adapters that communicate with existing enterprise systems such as SAP R/3®,
- CICS/COBOL® and Siebel®
- Java Message Services (JMS): A set of API's for message based communication between separate Java processes
- Java Authentication and Authorization Services (JAAS): A framework that supplements J2EE with user based authentication and access control capabilities
- Java Transaction API (JTA): An API that defines the interfaces needed to interact with a transaction manager
