Are there any engagement models that I can look at?
The engagement models offered by InApp are:

Fixed Cost - In Fixed Cost model the cost and the specifications are decided at the beginning of the contract. This is made clear by a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) agreed upon by both parties. The development work is done by InApp keeping the clients fully informed of the status of the project. The payment schedule is linked to the milestones in the project like SRS, Design, Alpha Version, Beta Version, and Testing & Deployment. Most of the contracts in InApp (about 80%) are Fixed Rate Contracts.

Event Based - This is an hourly rate contract for our services and is agreed upon at the beginning of the project. As and when portion of work / module come up, an estimate of the effort (in hours) is sent to the client and based on an approval the work proceeds. The actual effort is charged to the client at the end of the work. This model is usually followed for software modification and small fixes to existing software, either developed by InApp or by a third party.

Retainer Fee Based Contract - In this model a monthly retainer fee is agreed upon at the beginning of the contract. The retainer fee is paid at the beginning of the month and this entitles the client to the minimum hours of programming support. Any additional hours is charged at the hourly rate. This model is usually followed for maintenance contracts involving application maintenance or systems administration or both.

Per Desk Rate - This is a Time & Material contract where the client has access to a fixed number of people and computing resources at our development center and they may use them for any programming work required.

Consultancy - InApp has accumulated expertise in system related consulting and has consultants with over 15 years of industry experience. We specialize in systems related work for designing and developing products and solutions. This is usually a fixed rate contract.

What are the offshore outsourcing models that you offer?
Offshore outsourcing is a long-term strategic initiative with its own significant benefits.  To achieve this end, InApp adopts efficient delivery models for outsourcing depending on the time frame and activities involved.  All solutions at InApp are developed using 3 delivery models:

Offshore Delivery Model - In this model, the entire project is developed at InApp’s offshore development center in India.  This delivery model is preferred when the entire planning has been done well in advance and the development team has a clear understanding of the project.  InApp’s offshore development center is manned by professionals who are the best in the industry.  This delivery model enables InApp to go for extensive testing before handing over the complete product.  This makes the client free from risks related to testing.

Onsite Delivery Model – The development team is located onsite from inception till project implementation. This model is adopted when the scope of the project is repetitive and open-ended.  This model is preferred when the requirements of the client include application migration, re-engineering or porting.  For example, if the nature of the project is confidential or secretive, onsite delivery model is adopted.

Onsite / Offshore (Hybrid) Delivery Model - This model offers the client the flexibility of both onsite and offsite model development advantages.  This model is one of the most successful models deployed by InApp.  20-30% of the work is done onsite and the rest is done at the offshore development center.

What are the quality procedures in place?
InApp is certified at CMMI Level 5 by SEI (Software Engineering Institute) of the Carnegie Melon University for process maturity. InApp follows quality procedures as set out by CMMI thus delivering high quality, cost effective software products.
