• Document Management Solution for the Construction Industry

InsightOnsite is the latest document management solution that is being developed for automating the documentation requirement of the construction industry, in real time while in the field. Aspects such as administration, reporting and documentation for construction sites are addressed totally with InsightOnsite. Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and technical personnel in the construction industry are the targeted audience.

• File Tracker for Public Works Department

Using InFlow, InApp implemented the File Tracker Tool for the Public Works Department where all documents such as Mass Mode Entry containing DO letters and Government Orders received by CE are entered and filed. Monthly Business Statements were automatically generated by the system thus reducing the workload of clerks.

• File Tracking System (FTS) for Kerala State Industrial Enterprises (KSIE)

Using the InFlow Engine, FTS was implemented at the Head Office of KSIE to facilitate paperless intra-office communication. The main features of FTS includes viewing, creation and editing of documents with ease, efficient transfer of existing files between departments, efficient search capabilities, better communication without loss of data, effective generation of reports on a day to day basis and internet and printer sharing.
